What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The users are registered through off line procedures and use the Application, you generally will be provided (a) your user name, password (b) information you enter into our system when using the Application (c) for the first time login OTP will be generated (d) Forgot Password will work after generating the OPT.
Application has the following features
Home page will display all the Milk and Milk Products along with Credit Limit, Customer Balance, Available Balance and Order details for the day with status, item count and shift.
1)My Orders – Indent List and Master Indent details, Indent List can be viewed 15 days
2) Create Indent – Booking Date, Indent status, Delivery Date, Shift, Shipping Address, Order type, Route Number and Sequence Number along with options to Add items for indenting.
While creating the indent all the milk and milk products will be displayed along with UOM.
Milk and Milk products are bifurcated on Category wise like NMP Products, Milk Products, Dairy Sweets, Condiments, Milk & Curd and Cheese. Indent is accepted based on the stock available. Customers can view the indents of 15 days. After creating the indent of milk and milk products the total purchase value can be viewed in the App. The order will be booked with booked order number.
3) My Profile – Customer Code, Type of the Customer, Email, Contact Number, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Customer Active Status.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop indenting process by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application or network. You can also request to opt-out via email at [email@example.com} or You can come off line to the head office for further opt-out procedures.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
